Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 15 of the Parking Australia LTD Constitution (2018) that the 8th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held :

Wednesday 16 November 2022 at 3.30pm

The AGM will commence at 3.30pm directly after the Sustainable Parking Seminar.  If you are not attending the Sustainable Parking Seminar, please be present for registration at 3pm.   Copies of the 2022 Annual Report will be made available prior to the Annual General Meeting.

PROXY VOTES                      

As per section 28 of the Parking Australia Ltd Constitution, a member who is entitled to vote may appoint a proxy to vote on any matters that require such at the Annual General Meeting. 

Please email: snorman@parking.asn.au if you are unable to attend and would like a proxy form emailed to you. Proxy forms will also be available on the Parking Australia website and attached.
